Hi guys! If you’re here reading my new blog, honestly it means the world to me. Obviously, there is a lot happening this year, which everyone is surely dealing with in their own way. I used to have a blog from the age of 13, and the niche of my blog changed countless times, so instead of revamping it, I decided to start an entirely new blog… From scratch. Purely because I need a fresh start, and I love the excitement of starting a new blog. Recently, as I’m sure lots of other people have been dealing with, is the feeling of being lost and lacking focus. However, I haven’t not been focused, because my way of dealing with lack of control is by controlling everything else, such as my food, my exercise and I simply focus on minor problems too much. I over complicate things. I’m sure we have all done that. I also want to say I am extremely lucky even just to be able to start a blog, and I know my struggles and stresses could have been different or worse, but I suppose what I’m trying to say is that stress is relative. I’m even lucky that these are the problems I’m facing, not other things, so I hope anyone in the same mindset as me can be helped by my blog, because I’m really focusing on balance, as a lot of changes have been made to mine and everyone else’s lives. So I hope we can build a supportive fitness and health community to help develop a positive mindset.
So, a little bit about me. I’m 16. I’m a 6 ft 2 female- I don’t know why I said it like that, but yes I’m quite tall. My GCSE exams got cancelled this year, and I have come to terms with it (finally) even though I feel slightly cheated not being able to do them. So, I thought I would focus my attention on a chatty, new, helpful (hopefully) blog, because I love to write, even if it is really informally. I would love to develop this blog further one day, maybe start a podcast, maybe start a YouTube channel. I just thought this would be a great way to restart a creative outlet for myself. I know I’m young and you might be thinking I can’t know much about the world, but I think this pandemic has really developed us all in a strange way. I have definitely changed a lot in the past few months and learnt a lot about myself. I really hope this blog helps you all who read it. I’m very excited!
Finally, I guess I’ll tell you about the sort of blogs I will be posting. I don’t want to limit myself to certain posts, but there will be lots of chatty lifestyle posts, food posts, workouts, fitness tips, finding balance etc. I can’t wait!
